Who we are

QuerySift analyzes Google Ads search term data for advertising agencies and businesses. Contact: yahdel@querysift.com, 9250 Reseda Blvd, Unit 10034, Northridge, CA 91324.

What we collect

Files you send us: Google Ads Search Terms exports (search terms, campaign names, clicks, cost, conversions) and the short business description you provide.
Contact details: your name, email and company, when you email us.

We do not ask for passwords, account access or payment card details in the free audit.

How we use it

To produce the report and negative keyword list you asked for.
To reply to you about that report.

We do not sell your data, use one client's data for another client, or use your data to train AI models.

Service providers

To classify search terms, we send the terms and your business description to an AI model provider (Anthropic) through its API. Email is handled by Google Workspace. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention

Uploaded files are deleted after your report is delivered, typically within 7 days. We keep the email thread and the final report unless you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Email yahdel@querysift.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. If we emailed you and you'd rather we didn't, reply "no" and we'll stop.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
